The Need:
TUA requested our support to unify three companies operating in different areas of local public transport (urban, suburban, and railway) into a single group. The solution needed to guarantee the integration of business processes with homogeneous approaches, while maintaining the highest security standards through fast and reliable control tools capable of streamlining information flows.
The Solution:
Our intervention was focused on unifying the various procedures and centralizing all information, integrating the ticketing control system into SAP Business One. This allowed us to automate and support the necessary steps to ensure streamlined business process management. We also provided TUA with tools for advanced warehouse and logistics process management via a mobile app integrated with workshop maintenance management, and for managing safety projects in compliance with ANSF (National Railway Safety Agency) regulations. Additionally, our tools helped the company accurately monitor budget commitments and costs categorized by nature and destination. This enables TUA to reduce control and management costs while providing passengers with higher quality and safety.
