For five generations, the Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria has been a refined hotel complex set in a two-hectare Mediterranean park. Unique in its kind, thanks to its privileged location overlooking the Gulf of Naples, its terraces offer visitors an unforgettable view.

The Need: 

While maintaining all the characteristics of a family-run business, the hotel wanted to choose the path of technological innovation to keep up with the times. The main need was for an IT infrastructure to support the back office and management in strategic decision-making.
