The Need:
Algeco’s main need was to minimize data collection time in warehouses through a series of intelligent totems, integrated and synchronized with the ERP system. It was also necessary to digitalize activities through an interconnected system capable of monitoring data collected by both internal and external employees, as well as managing the request for new materials throughout the entire supply chain, from assembly to the warehouse to purchasing. To achieve this, the company needed a system that synchronized material management lists throughout the process.
